2023년 4월 23일부터 27일 미국 뉴올리언스에서 개최된 ARVO 2023 annual meeting에서 현지 시간 23일 미국 루이빌대학의 Archana 박사가 인간 돌연변이 로돕신 유전자 transgenic pig모델에서 RZ-004의 안전성 및 효능에 대한 연구 결과를 발표하였다.

해당 결과는 외국 기관인 미국 루이빌대학의 안 질환 관련 국제 권위자인 Maureen A. McCall 교수 연구진과의 협력연구를 통해 도출된 결과로써, 알지노믹스의 RNA 치환 효소 기반 유전자치료제의 안 질환 적용 가능성을 확인함에 있어 큰 의미가 있다.
